Daniel Hartey passed away peacefully on August 12, 2022 surrounded by his family. 

Survived by his loving wife, Catherine, his three children, Daniel, Jr. (Sara), Colleen (Matthew) and Caitlyn (Anthony), his grandchildren, Callan, Logan & Caylee. Also survived by his mother, Winifred, eight brothers & sisters, James, Joseph, Mary, Regina, Kathleen, Bernadette, Ann & Gerald. Also survived by sister-in-law, Linda (Bill) and numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his father, James J. Hartey.

Funeral mass to be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 10:30 A.M at St. Joseph Church, 1795 Columbia Avenue, Warrington, PA 18976.

OBITUARY
John Gregory McGovern, of Doylestown, PA passed away on July 18, 2022, in Portugal.  Greg was the son of Anna Mae (nee Rush) McGovern (and the late John).  He was born in Phila, and graduated from Father Judge High School.  He went on to LaSalle University and later received his Master’s from Univ. of Pennsylvania.  Greg also served in the US Army, Field Artillery.

Greg and his wife Dot resided in Doylestown, PA, where they raised their 3 children.  Greg was a youth coach for many of his children’s sports teams.  He was extremely active in his community.  Due to his career as a Financial Advisor, he was involved with his parish, Our Lady of Guadalupe, on their finance committee.  He also trained the Altar Servers.  Greg was also an active member of the AOH Div. 3, as well as the Doylestown VFW and Doylestown Rotary(former member of Harleysville Rotary).  He enjoyed running and travelling.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy “Dot” (nee McCarron), his children, Brianna, Sean, Kevin, his mother, Anna Mae as well as his siblings, Patrick (Kathleen), Margaret, James (Lisa), Andrew (Nancy), Thomas (Amy), Brendan (Erin), and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to Greg’s Life Celebration, Monday, August 8th, from 6-9pm and Tuesday, August 9th, from 9:30-10:30am at the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 5195 Cold Spring Creamery Rd., Doylestown, PA followed by his Funeral Mass at 11am, Tuesday, which will be livestreamed by visiting www.olguadalupe.org/olg-live-masses  Interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Philabundance, 3616 South Galloway St., Phila., PA  19148.  Life Celebration services provided by John F.
